Engaged front-desk staff is a notable highlight.
The check-in process was infuriatingly slow, with a malfunctioning credit card machine that left us waiting indefinitely. Once we got into the room, it was crawling with ants, making sleep nearly impossible. Additionally, the cleanliness was shockingly poor, with bad patch jobs that only added to the unkempt atmosphere.

The location was fantastic, just under 2 km from the Stones River National Battlefield and a short stroll to Old Fort Park, making city explorations enjoyable. The King Room was spacious, providing plenty of room to unwind after a day filled with adventures. However, I faced issues with the TV setup, which didn't work, leading to some frustration. I reported it at the front desk, but they mentioned many TVs were going out, leaving me with no updates. The check-in process was rather slow, taking longer than expected. I also encountered ants in the bed. Despite multiple requests for additional towels, the front desk informed me they were unavailable, leaving me with a hand towel for my child. Although the room size was good, it felt unclean, impacting my overall comfort.

Encountered several issues during the stay. The room had a slow check-in process, along with instances of ants in the bed, which wasn’t great. The TV setup in the room was faulty, and repeated requests for service went unanswered. Additionally, cleanliness left a lot to be desired with some signs of neglect noticed throughout the stay.
